Jim's career is a small business success story. Following 10 years of technical sales with a Fortune 500 manufacturing firm, he purchased a leading printing franchise, in October 1988. Over 35 years, he grew the business from 1 employee to a team of 14 and 50 regular customers to over 1000.
Jim's success was driven by strategic planning, peer coaching, hard work, and consistently nurturing relationships. He has a wealth of experience in sales, employee development, purchasing, accounting, and consistently making money! When it comes to buying, growing, and/or selling a franchise or independent business, Jim is anxious to share his techniques and success story.
Jim graduated from Clemson University with a BS in Engineering Technology and an MBA from the University of Houston. Jim is happily married to Janice, and they have 2 young adult sons, James and Jake.
